Education: - Bachelors degree or equivalent, with further studies technically and/or commercially oriented, or equivalent qualification through relevant experience. Foreign universities are preferable.

- Experience Requirements:
- We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced leader with a proven track record in sales and marketing to industrial customers with a sound business, commercial & cultural awareness. Minimum 12 years of experience in a Customer Centre environment is considered an asset.

- Must be a successful business leader having served as General Manager or equivalent in similar organization preferably in Compressor and gases Business. Familiar with Atlas Copco processes. Experience of an international assignment will be a plus point.
Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities:
It will be your mission to sustainably grow the business in Bangladesh, in line with divisional targets and objectives, giving all products their best chance on the market. You are responsible for the Profit and Loss and the Balance Sheet of the business.

- Develop and grow the After Market business (sales and spare parts).
- continue to develop the organization into an excellent, modern, and well-run company, ensuring increased sales and service performance and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- continuously improve operational efficiency in sales, aftermarket, operations and administrative functions.
- lead, motivate and coach the management team towards continuous success.
- grow and develop talent within the area of responsibility.
- interact with the CT divisions to support the development of synergies, the consolidated results of the divisions and the performance of the Business Area.

- safeguard a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
This position reports to the President of the Oil-free Air Division. Operational matters are reported to the respective Division.
