Responsibilities & Context:
Sumatra Kingdom Park is one of the reputed parks in Bangladesh, which is going to be inaugurated very soon. SKP Management is looking for candidates who have previous experience working at a reputable park or resort. Preference will be given to individuals with prior experience working in a reputable park or resort.
Job Responsibilities
•
Manage and supervise day-to-day park operations
•
Coordinate with Operations, Ticketing, Rides, Security, Maintenance, and Housekeeping teams
•
Prepare duty rosters, staff schedules, and monitor team performance
•
Ensure good customer service and handle visitor complaints properly
•
Maintain safety rules, SOPs, and operational standards
•
Supervise park rides, facilities, and cleanliness
•
Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
•
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
•
Control operational costs and help improve park revenue
