Additional Requirements: Experience in management, Administrator or similar role in any reputed national or international NGO/ academic / research-based institution in a similar position.
Proven experience working in an office environment.
Excellent computer operation skills, with experience in telemedicine and electronic data management.
Need skills and competencies to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, and web browsing.
Fluency in both spoken and written aspects of the Bengali and English languages is required.
Good communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context: - Assist with the day-to-day operations of the office, organize project event, research, and deliver on delegated activities.
- Coordinate and liaise with management, different vendors and facilitate procurement procedures in accordance with organizational and donor policy.
- Prepare and organise HR and admin related documents, assist in programme file management and external audit compliance.
- Provide logistical and other support for internal and external events, visits, contacts, and services.
- Manage and monitor the availability of accessories, equipment, stationery, office supplies, office stock and placing orders as required.
- Ensure timely payments for operational costs such as rents, service fees, utilities, and any organizational memberships.
- Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases and updating procedures as required.
- Supporting doctors in their overall management of incoming telephone calls from patients.
- Working closely with other multidisciplinary team which involve senior consultant (on-call), physician (telemedicine), and office assistants.
- The applicant may have to perform other relevant duties as per required by the organization.
