· Maintain effective communication with security, housekeeping and facility management teams

· Act as the focal point for coordination between clinical, nursing, and support service departments

· Handle patient and attendant concerns, complaints and service-related issues promptly

· Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs and safety guidelines

· Respond to emergencies and escalate critical issues to senior management as required

· Ensure proper handover and completion of duty reports at the end of all shifts, and perform roster duties including night shifts.

· Support hospital management during audits, inspections and accreditation processes

· Supervise that the visiting hours and visitors policy must be followed and the patient attendants are minimized all over the hospital

· The Duty Manager is responsible for supervising and ensuring smooth, efficient patient services across IPD, Day Care, OPD and Emergency on a 24-hour rotational basis
