Position Overview
We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officers to support our administrative and documentation functions remotely from Bangladesh. This role requires strong organisational skills, clear written communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working with an international team.
Applicants must be able to work Australian working hours and thrive in a structured yet fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative and documentation tasks
Prepare, review, and format professional documents for clients and stakeholders
Communicate clearly and professionally via email with internal and external parties
Maintain accurate digital records and organised filing systems
Coordinate information across systems and platforms
Follow up on pending matters to ensure timely completion
Support team members with ad hoc administrative requirements
Manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
High level of organisational and time-management skills
Ability to analyse information and handle case-based tasks
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability

Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace (mandatory)
Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred but not mandatory)
Confident in using email, cloud storage, and digital tools
Educational Requirements
Minimum: Completed undergraduate degree
Final-semester students or those completing graduation within 4–6 months are encouraged to apply
Preference will be given to candidates from reputable educational institutions.
Strong academic background will be considered an advantage
Experience Requirements
Priority will be given to candidates with:
Previous administrative or office support experience
Experience working with international organisations or overseas clients
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Sydney, Australia time)
