Education:
    • Bachelor of Law (LLB)
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor`s in Law/Business Administration.

  • Lead Auditor Certification (ISO).

Additional Requirements:

  • Expert in ISO Integrated Management Systems.
  • Bangladesh regulatory framework knowledge.
  • Compliance audit methodologies.
  • Risk assessment techniques


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, factory laws, and all relevant government regulations.
  • Maintain and audit IMS certifications (ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018, BSTI ISO)
  • Lead all activities for ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental), and ISO 45001:2018 (OH&S) certifications.
  • Conduct quarterly internal audits and coordinate external surveillance audits.
  • Maintain timely renewal of company licenses, permits, and certifications for corporate and factory operations.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations at the head office and factory, ensuring smooth coordination and service delivery.
  • Supervise housekeeping and maintenance to uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and proper facility upkeep.
  • Monitor and maintain safety, fire protection, and security systems.
  • Manage canteen operations to ensure food quality, hygiene, and employee satisfaction.
  • Verify employee attendance data and coordinate with HR for discrepancies or system issues.
  • Organize weekly floor meetings, record minutes, and ensure action follow-up.
  • BIDA/Home Ministry (foreign national compliance), Finance (license fee payments).
  • Coordinate to govt authority like DPDC, TITAS, WASA etc.
  • Oversee conference room readiness, meeting refreshments, and visitor entertainment arrangements.
  • Office management, including all official equipment.
  • Any other work assigned by the line manager or Supervisor.
