Candidate Profile:

  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple teams

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow

  • Tech-savvy with experience in scheduling, reporting, and management tools

  • Prior experience in operations, administration, or supervisory roles (preferably in aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, beauty, or hospitality)

  • Able to multitask and remain composed under pressure

  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Customer-focused with a strong sense of professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth clinic workflow

  • Supervise staff performance, shifts, attendance, and task assignments

  • Maintain and enforce operational SOPs and service standards

  • Manage client flow, appointment schedules, and service coordination

  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and procurement activities

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports

  • Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution

  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and service teams for campaigns and promotions

  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and professional standards within the clinic

  • Support management in strategic planning and execution

  • Maintain strong communication between all departments
