• Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Air Export Operations within a freight forwarding company.
• Strong knowledge of MAWB/HAWB, AWB cut-off, DG cargo, consolidation, cargo handling, and airline requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Good Communication in English and speak fluently.
• Good knowledge about MS Office and Computer operating including emailing very smoothly.
• Adequate knowledge about the Air Export Operation about the freight forwarding industry.

The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing end-to-end air export processes while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Arrange competitive Air Export rates based on agents’ and clients’ inquiries by maintaining strong relationships with airlines and co-loaders.

• Lead and supervise the daily air export operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment handling.

• Coordinate with airlines, co-loaders, vendors, and overseas agents for booking, documentation, and cargo planning.

• Review and finalize MAWB/HAWB, invoice preparation, and all export documentation as per regulatory requirements.

• Ensure compliance with customs rules, airline procedures, and international trade regulations.

• Monitor cargo movement and proactively resolve any operational issues.

• Manage customer communication, provide status updates, and maintain service quality.

• Train and guide the operational team to ensure high productivity and service standards.

• Work closely with the overseas and local partners to support business growth.

• Maintain KPI, strong bargaining power, cost control, and operational efficiency.
