Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication/Fine Arts, or relevant discipline.
Master’s degree (MBA/Marketing/Brand Management) will be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Create visually compelling designs for various marketing materials, including packaging, advertisements, social media content, and in-store displays, aligned with brand guidelines.
· Work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand campaign goals, target audience, and brand identity to ensure all designs meet strategic objectives.
· Design innovative and attractive packaging that stands out on retail shelves and resonates with the target consumers while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
· Design digital assets such as banners, social media posts, email templates, and website graphics to enhance online brand presence and engagement.
· Maintain consistency in brand imagery, typography, and overall visual language across all marketing and communication channels.
· Monitor design trends, industry standards, and competitor activities to incorporate relevant trends into creative work, ensuring the brand remains contemporary.
· Prepare final design files for print production, ensuring accuracy in colors, layout, and quality, and liaise with external printers when necessary.
· Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and innovative design solutions to the table.
· Handle multiple design projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work while managing priorities effectively.
· Develop and design creative assets for new product launches, including promotional materials, point-of-sale displays, and packaging to support successful market entry.
