Salary: Tk. 150000 - 180000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 10 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• At least 10 years

• Age 35 to 55 years

• Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management, including 3+ years on international EPC or design-build projects.
• Excellent knowledge of FIDIC Silver Book and international contract standards.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 for project progress monitoring, delay analysis, and EOT justification.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in claim preparation, variation analysis, and dispute resolution.
• Familiar with Chinese enterprise management culture, with prior work experience in Chinese SOEs or EPC contractors preferred.
• High professional ethics, responsibility, and integrity in handling confidential and contractual matters.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in ADB / World Bank / JICA-funded or other multilateral development projects.
• Professional qualifications such as PMP, MRICS, or FIDIC accreditation.
• Previous roles as Contract Manager, Commercial Manager, or Deputy Project Manager in international construction projects.

• Lead and manage all contract administration and commercial management activities across the project life cycle;

• Handle contract negotiation, variation orders, claims, and interim payment certifications;

• Review and lead to issue project correspondence, notices, and formal documentation to the Employer and Engineer;

• Maintain a comprehensive contract and variation register, and assist in claim planning and coordination;

• Work closely with the Claim Manager and Planning Engineer to defend EOT and cost claims;

• Identify potential contractual risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure effective documentation;
