Salary: Tk. 50000 - 100000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms, Steel, Electric Wire/Cable, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Food (Packaged)

Job Responsibilities

• Overall management of factory operations including production, workforce, quality, and daily administration

• Lead and manage 50–100 factory workers, supervisors, and technicians

• Plan and control production schedules to meet output, quality, and delivery targets

• Implement and enforce factory rules, discipline, and standard operating procedures

• Coordinate with Chinese management on production planning and operational execution

• Improve production efficiency, manpower utilization, and cost control

• Supervise safety, 5S, and basic quality management on the shop floor

• Handle daily operational issues and ensure smooth factory operation

Preferred Industry Background

• Experience in food manufacturing, metal fabrication, sheet metal, or related manufacturing industries
• Prior experience in factory or production management is mandatory

Skills & Competencies

• Strong people management and discipline control ability
• Production planning and on-site execution capability
• Familiar with factory operations, labor management, and workflow coordination
• Ability to work under pressure and handle operational problems independently

Languages

• Chinese language skills – preferred (significant advantage)

• English – at a working level

• Bengali – required
