৫-১০ জনের টিমকে দৈনিক সুপারভিশন করা
টিম মেম্বারদের কাজ মনিটর ও পারফরম্যান্স ট্র্যাক করা
টিমের বিভিন্ন সমস্যা দ্রুত সমাধান করা
স্যালারি শিট ও উপস্থিতির হিসাব প্রস্তুত করা
Hiring, onboarding ও প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী team replacement পরিচালনা করা
কাজের ডিসিপ্লিন ও টিম কালচার বজায় রাখা
মালিকপক্ষকে নিয়মিত রিপোর্ট প্রদান করা
টিমের productivity এবং efficiency বাড়ানোর জন্য কাজ করা
যোগ্যতা-
BBA/MBA
Leadership mentality থাকতে হবে
Team handle করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার
Strong communication & problem-solving skill
Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet এর বেসিক কাজ জানতে হবে
দায়িত্বশীল, punctual ও disciplined হতে হবে
Pressure handle করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে
নামাজী এবং প্র্যাকটিসিং হলে প্রায়োরিটি পাবে
ধুমপানসহ যেকোন ধরণের বাজে অভ্যাস অযোগ্যতা বলে বিবেচিত হবে
