Akij Venture Group is looking for smart and experienced candidates for the position of Executive – Sales Admin. A total of 3 positions will be recruited to support sales administrative activities for Modern Trade, Institutional Sales, and HoReCa channels

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, invoices, and sales-related documentation

• Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and customers regularly

• Monitor order processing, delivery status, and sales data updates

• Maintain product-wise and channel-wise sales records

• Support Modern Trade, Institutional Sales, and HoReCa operations

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales analysis reports

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth business operations
