Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

JSK Group is operating General Medical and Diagnostic Centers providing outpatient services, diagnostic investigations, and basic healthcare facilities. The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall general operational management of the center, including patient services, diagnostics, administration, and business development. This role requires strong experience in general healthcare facility management, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency to ensure smooth daily activities and sustainable growth of the branch.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage overall general medical and diagnostic center operations

  • Ensure smooth patient flow, registration, billing, and reporting systems

  • Supervise doctors, technicians, nurses, front desk, and support staff

  • Maintain service quality, hygiene, and patient satisfaction

  • Monitor daily revenue, expenses, and operational performance

  • Implement marketing and referral strategies to increase patient volume

  • Ensure proper maintenance of diagnostic equipment and facilities

  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports

  • Resolve patient complaints and operational issues professionally
