Job Context

TNR Global is a growing international consultancy and services firm operating in travel, migration, education advisory, and overseas recruitment. We are seeking a Business Operations & Development Manager to lead day-to-day operational activities while actively contributing to business growth, partnerships, and service development.

This role requires a proactive individual who can manage internal operations, coordinate compliance and licensing processes, support client acquisition, and help scale the business in line with TNR Global’s strategic objectives. The position is based at our Sylhet office and reports directly to senior management in the UK.


Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments

  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational reports

  • Implement and monitor internal processes, SOPs, and compliance requirements

  • Coordinate with management to ensure operational targets are met

Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and service lines

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and service providers

  • Support lead generation, client conversion, and revenue growth initiatives

  • Assist in preparing proposals, service agreements, and partnership documentation

Compliance & Licensing Support

  • Assist with business licensing and regulatory processes (e.g. travel agency, aviation, or sector-specific approvals)

  • Coordinate documentation and follow-ups with relevant authorities and partners

  • Ensure business activities align with regulatory and compliance standards

Marketing & Client Engagement

  • Support promotional activities and basic digital marketing initiatives

  • Ensure timely and professional communication with clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms

  • Monitor client satisfaction and service delivery standards

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance reports

  • Coordinate between the Bangladesh office and UK management

  • Support strategic planning and execution of business growth plans
