• Age 35 to 45 years

Minimum 10 Years working experience in any reputed Organizations involve in Health Care Service / Hospital Management / Project Monitoring & Development / NGO (s) / Micro Credit

• Day to Day operation of the Regional Office. 

• Leading, guiding, and directing the Health Centers according to Management Policy. 

• Ensure policy implementation, discipline and proper implementation of rules and regulation of the organization.

• Managing clinical professional, clerical and administrative staff. 

• Generating new ideas, implement and try to develop the health center as a self sufficient. 

• Co-ordinate with Govt. officials/NGO’s official etc. for smoothly operation of the Program. 

• Supervising, monitoring, regular visiting, performance evaluating and follow up the activities and performance of the projects; 

• Budgeting.

• Ordering & supplies.

• Understanding the financial background of the office

• Handling public relations  

• Any other task assigned by the higher authority.
