Responsibilities & Context:
- To work under Centre Director or work as a center coordinator in absence of center director.
- Provide Necessary support to the Center Director.
- To provide appropriate treatment to the patients by his professional knowledge and experience.
- To initiate necessary action and generating new ideas, implement and try to develop the health center as a self-sufficient as a center coordinator.
- To organize satellite camp in his Health Centre’s area. To provide the proper guidance to the Paramedic, Lab Technologist, Pharmacist and Health Assistants.
- Ensure policy implementation, discipline and proper implementation of rules and regulation of the organization.
- Prepared long term and short term plan for developing and proper documentations as advised by the Centre Director or higher authority.
- Any other task to be assigned by the higher authority
