Responsibilities & Context:
To work under Centre Director or work as a center coordinator in absence of center director.
Provide Necessary support to the Center Director.
To provide appropriate treatment to the patients by his professional knowledge and experience.
To initiate necessary action and generating new ideas, implement and try to develop the health center as a self-sufficient as a center coordinator.
To organize satellite camp in his Health Centre’s area. To provide the proper guidance to the Paramedic, Lab Technologist, Pharmacist and Health Assistants.
Ensure policy implementation, discipline and proper implementation of rules and regulation of the organization.
Prepared long term and short term plan for developing and proper documentations as advised by the Centre Director or higher authority.
Any other task to be assigned by the higher authority
