Join us as a Deputy Manager – Admin & Compliance, where you will lead critical compliance initiatives and contribute to building a safe, ethical, and globally compliant workplace.
Job Responsibilities:
Must ensure all types of compliance with new buildings / shades.
Ensure full compliance with buyer standards such as Carrefour, Zara (Inditex Group), Primark, SANMAR, Next, BESTSELLER, Torried, Gap Inc, Lidl, LPP etc.
Ensure the certification audits (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ICS, WCA, FWF, Higg Index (FEM/FSLM), GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, BETTER WORK, OEKO-TEX, ISO-9001/14001) and facilitate Corrective Action Plans (CAP).
Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions
Prepare and maintain compliance documentation for audits and inspections.
Oversee fire safety, emergency preparedness, and building safety measures.
Ensure compliance with RSC (RMG Sustainability Council) requirements.
Conduct risk assessments, safety drills, and training sessions on workplace safety and hygiene.
Keep detailed records of compliance performance and improvements.
Liaise with government authorities, buyers, and third-party auditors
Develop and implement internal policies, SOPs, and compliance protocols
Monitor adherence to factory rules, safety measures, and ethical standards
Prepare regular reports, MIS, and compliance dashboards for senior management
Identify gaps and propose process improvements to enhance operational and compliance efficiency
Conduct training programs for employees and management on compliance policies and ethical practices.
Assist in updating and maintaining all types of legal documents
Carry out any other duties and offer guidance as needed by the company.
