Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily administrative tasks and office coordination
- Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder when necessary
- Support with filing, scanning, and data entry tasks
- Greet visitors and assist with basic front desk responsibilities
- Help coordinate meetings, events, and schedules
- Support HR and finance teams with documentation and record-keeping
- Ensure cleanliness and order in the office space
- Assist in internal communication and employee engagement activities
