Our Compressor Technique Service (CTS) department is dedicated to providing exceptional service, optimization, and aftermarket solutions for our compressor products. .

We are looking for Customer Support Executive ( Service Planning ) for CTS Department who will be responsible for Service Planning , Customer order processing & follow up. We are expecting very good communication skills & proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Service Intervention Planning: Strategically plan upcoming service interventions based on service schedules and inputs from the Team Leader, prioritizing each intervention to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Service Job Allocation: Assign service jobs aligned with each team member's competencies to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Service Scheduling Management: Plan and prioritize service interventions to boost operational efficiency; manage job openings and closings in the MAM2 Planning Board.
  • Invoice Management: Generate service invoices promptly to maintain accurate billing and service records.
  • Customer and Team Communication: Actively communicate with customers, Service Engineers, ASC, ERC, and other relevant stakeholders to support seamless service coordination.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Value Creation: Enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through proactive customer engagement, addressing inquiries, and promptly resolving any concerns to improve NPS scores.
  • Customer Order Processing: Manage L/C orders from start to finish, including reviewing draft L/Cs, coordinating amendments with customers, and monitoring shipment status with product companies or factories.
