- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while exploring new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on trends and customer needs.
- Organize product demonstrations, presentations, and training for customers and dealers.
- Maintaining a professional image at all times through personal actions and initiatives.
- Enhancing division and Company reputation and brand image by consistently working to implement the Company’s core values of commitment, interaction, and innovation.
- Obtaining, developing, preparing, delivering, and presenting sales materials, exhibits, and promotional programs when attending exhibits, conferences, meetings and other promotional opportunities.

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced individual with a positive attitude. Collaboration with regional teams will be a key aspect of this role, so the ideal candidate should be a strong team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. This position will report directly to the Business Line Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales of screw air compressors ranging from 2-110 KW within the designated market.
- Promote and sell N2 and O2 generators to expand the product portfolio.
- Analyze market potential to identify growth opportunities and increase market share.
- Develop and execute strategies to map and expand sales potential within the assigned territory.
- Monitor pending orders regularly and ensure their timely fulfillment.
- Stay informed about competitors' products, pricing, and performance to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Establish and maintain rate contracts with key accounts to foster long-term partnerships.
- Provide insights and feedback to the marketing team regarding competitors' pricing, parts consumption, and product quality.
- Manage dealer relationships, including coordination with their sales teams, guidance on stock management, and oversight of receivables.
- Offer support to dealers on pricing, payments, and negotiation of major deals, ensuring effective territory coverage.
