• Master of Architecture (M.Arch)
• Diploma in Architecture
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Strong proficiency in architectural software

• Must be active on online platform and client response

• Excellent design and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.

• Effective communication and presentation skills.

• Must be fluent in English Language.

• Leadership and team collaboration abilities.

• Deadline Driven and dedicated to excellence.

• Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design projects.

• Strong sense of space management and lead the interior design process, ensuring the project`s vision aligns with client needs, budget, and sustainability goals.

• Manage start-to-end project lifecycle: from ideation to final execution.

• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Conduct meetings with clients, need to visit projects, Collaboration & Report to CRM department to discuss project requirements and updates

• Translate client needs and brand identity into functional, aesthetic interior spaces.

• Produce and review architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models.

• Introduce creative design solutions that meet functional, aesthetic, and environmental requirements.

• Mentor and guide junior architects and other team members, providing direction and support in the design and execution phases.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time.
