• Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.

• Efficient file management and project documentation.

• Time management for urgent delivery of renders.

• Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings for interior and exterior projects.

• Develop accurate 3D models from architectural drawings, sketches, and design briefs.

• Apply realistic materials, textures, and lighting to achieve life-like visuals.

• Produce fast renders without compromising on quality, meeting urgent deadlines.

• Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to understand design concepts.

• Incorporate client feedback quickly into updated 3D visuals.

• Coordinate with the design team to ensure final renders reflect approved concepts accurately.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• Prioritize urgent project renders as directed by management.

• Create 3D walkthrough animations for major projects when required.

• Prepare presentation boards and visual content for client meetings.

• Ensure visual outputs are in formats compatible with various presentation tools.

• Ensure all 3D visuals are delivered with high detail, correct scale, and realistic finishes.

• Use industry-standard software
