• Age 24 to 40 years

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural designs and working drawings for residential and commercial projects

Develop layout plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD

Coordinate with the interior design team for project execution

Conduct site visits and ensure work is carried out as per drawings

Modify designs based on client requirements

Assist in BOQ preparation and design coordination

Requirements:

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) / Diploma in Architecture or relevant qualification

Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory

Knowledge of SketchUp and 3D visualization will be an added advantage

Strong understanding of architectural and interior drawings

Responsible, punctual, and a good team player

Minimum 1–3 years of relevant work experience preferred
