- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, market rates, and labor costs.
- Knowledge of BNBC (Bangladesh National Building Code) and standard estimation practices.
- Personal Attributes: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Manager (Estimator) to handle cost estimation for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and expertise in construction estimation, BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and material quantity calculations.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and rate analysis for construction projects.
Material & Quantity Takeoff: Calculate material requirements and quantities from architectural and structural drawings.
Budgeting & Cost Control: Assist in preparing project budgets and track cost variations.
Tender & Quotation Analysis: Review contractor and supplier quotations, ensuring market competitiveness.
Coordination with Teams: Work closely with architects, engineers, procurement teams, and site management to finalize cost estimates.
Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for cost-saving without compromising quality and project standards.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date cost estimation records and provide regular reports to management.
