Skills Required:

Hands-on experience with textile machinery maintenance and repair.
Good understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, belts, shafts, and lubrication systems.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and manuals.
Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
Experience in spinning mills will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
We are looking for the potential candidates having interest to work with Mechanical Department and willing to develop their career in Textile sector.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise and maintain all spinning machinery such as blow room, carding, draw frame, speed frame, ring frame, and winding machines.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and carry out timely repairs to avoid production delays.
Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
Monitor machine performance and ensure all equipment runs at optimal efficiency.
Maintain detailed maintenance logs and reports.
Assist in the installation, commissioning, and upgrading of spinning machinery.
Ensure availability of critical spare parts and assist in procurement planning.
Ensure that all mechanical work is carried out in compliance with safety and operational standards.
Work closely with electrical, production, and quality teams to coordinate daily operations.
Lead or assist in root cause analysis for repeated mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
Any other tasks as assigned by management.
