Engineer (Sales & Marketing), Grade-1, BSc in Mechanical Engineering with 1-3 Years of Inline Experience,
Engineer (Sales & Marketing), Grade-2, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 4-7 Years of Inline Experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills (in Bangla & English)
Energetic, self-motivated and target-driven
Willing to travel for client visits and field work like office visit, factory/pump site visit etc. in any part of Bangladesh.
Responsibilities & Context:
Promote and sell of Industrial Pumps to clients (Industrial/Commercial)
Develop and maintain relationships with Clients, customers & users.
Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations tailored to pump products
Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
Meet sales targets, follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with technical/production teams to ensure product delivery and After-Sales Service.
Computer skill (MS word, MS EXCELL etc.)
