Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop creative and functional architectural designs for residential, commercial, and interior projects.
- Prepare design drawings, 3D visuals, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Lumion.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and present design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and the project team to ensure smooth execution.
- Visit project sites to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
- Ensure all designs meet local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and assist in tender documentation when required.
- Contribute innovative ideas and support the design team in delivering high-quality projects on time.
