Strong ability to read and understand structural, architectural, & plumbing drawings.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Good understanding of local market rate (material & labor).

We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive BoQ in the Operations team.
Review structural, architectural, and plumbing drawings & prepare accurate quantity take-off for all items.
Determine and input unit rates according to project specification.
Interpret drawings and take necessary measurements using AutoCAD
Maintain strong knowledge of current market rates for materials, labor & equipment to prepare cost estimate.
Coordinate with consultants/designers to obtain design clarifications when required.
Prepare and review BOQ, cost estimates, & cost summaries.
Conduct rate analysis for project items & verify cost accuracy.
Prepare necessary reports for management & submit them on time.
