We are looking for an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager in the Sales & Marketing team.
Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets for company real estate projects (apartment, plot, commercial space etc.)
Identify , approach, & convert potential clients through networking, referrals, digital channels, & field visits.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain a database of potential clients.
Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
Conduct project presentations explaining features, pricing, and investment benefits.
Arrange and lead property /site visits with prospective clients.
Maintain accurate customer data, sales pipelines, and MIS reports.
Address customer queries, complaints, and escalation issues promptly.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Provide market feedback to improve product offerings.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for documentation and post-sales support.
Lead & Guide junior sales staff.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and documentation teams of smooth closure.
Asst. in agreement signing , payment follow-up, and after-sales communication.
