Willing to stay nearby the Factory located at Gazaria, Munshiganj.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct shift-wise SMQCD control, analysis, and genba inspections.
Record inspection/loss-time data and identify bottlenecks.
Manage associate leave and analyze trends.
Track daily consumable usage and support PPE compliance.
Ensure timely parts inspection and control PQ Kaizens.
Inspect final rejects and prepare for scrap.
Support defect analysis, TR preparation, and HMSI query responses.
Verify internal parts handling/inspection processes and address gaps.
Perform tasks assigned by Management.
