Experience:

• 8 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm

• Master of Architecture (M.Arch)
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• B.Arch / M.Arch from a UGC-approved university

• 8 to 12 years

Job Responsibilities

• Skill as an architect i.e. who can develop a concept, can express that concept through sketch & design while taking assistance of computer by using different software.
• Who can handle CLIENTS independently, humbly & successfully.
• Other team members must be motivate by his punctual work.
• Who can work as a team leader /member for the project with responsibility as agreed with the client.
• Follow up / monitor or at time may do thyself required working drawings for the project.
• Do the project "Work schedules" on His / Her own and doing different variance analysis.
• Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.
• Conduct meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project progress
• Prepare BOQ, layout plans, working drawings, and presentation materials
• Ensure project quality, timeline, and cost control Conduct site visits and update designs based on real-time conditions
• Manage client expectations and provide solu-tions for design challenges.
• Supervise junior architects, draftsmen, and interns.
