LifePlus Bangladesh Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and skilled Python Developer to join our technology team. The selected candidate will work on internal systems, automation, and backend applications that support healthcare and enterprise operations.

🔹 Job Summary

The Python Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving Python-based applications and services. This role requires hands-on coding, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Python applications

• Write clean, reusable, secure, and well-documented code

• Develop backend services and APIs using Python

• Work with databases for data storage, retrieval, and optimization

• Support automation, reporting, and system integration tasks

• Identify performance issues and fix bugs efficiently

• Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices

• Coordinate with IT, product, and business teams to meet requirements

🔹 Required & Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Python development

• Strong understanding of Python frameworks and libraries

• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases

• Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs

• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems

• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team

• Experience in healthcare or enterprise software projects will be an added advantage

• Knowledge of automation, scripting, or data handling

• Exposure to cloud platforms and Linux environments

🔹 Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
  (Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education)
