Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Diploma in Electronics

• BSc. in Electrical Engineering from any reputed university / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with strong real estate and site experience

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies

• Age 26 to 32 years
• Only Male

Must have strong knowledge of :

• Lift/Elevator load calculation & electrical requirements
• Generator sizing and load distribution
• Substation design , transformer load calculation & protection systems

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical requirements

Strong understanding of building electrical design tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.

Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams.

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer in the Operations team.

• Prepare electrical design and layout for residential and commercial buildings.

• Develop and review electrical drawings including lighting, power distribution , earthing, wiring , LV & ELV system

• Perform load calculations for lift/elevator systems, generators, and substation equipment.

• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and estimate material requirements.

• Conduct Site Supervision, monitor contractor activities, ensure quality control & project progress.

• Coordinate with architecture, civil, & MEP teams to ensure proper execution.

• Verify that all electrical installations comply with project execution,

• Verify that all electrical installations comply with project specification, safety standards, & BNBC codes.

• Prepare site inspection reports, progress, reports, and all technical documentation

• Provide technical guidance to vendors and contractors, and solve site-level issues.

• Ensure smooth commissioning of electrical system including lift , generator, & substation.
