Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep communication with UK and LA
∎ Technical Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of garment samples to assess fit, construction, materials, and overall quality. Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to suppliers and manufacturers for improvement.
∎ Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that garments meet the company's standards. Establish and maintain quality assurance documentation, including specifications, testing protocols, and inspection guidelines.
∎ Material Sourcing: Collaborate with the sourcing team to identify and evaluate potential suppliers for garment materials. Conduct material testing and analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Team Management: Lead and manage a team of garment technologists, providing guidance, support, and training. Set performance objectives and conduct regular evaluations to maintain a high level of performance.
∎ Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design teams to provide technical input during product development. Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve technical issues and ensure effective communication throughout the production process.
∎ Research and Development: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to garment production. Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and innovation.
∎ Compliance and Sustainability: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and ethical practices. Promote sustainable and responsible practices throughout the supply chain, including the use of eco-friendly materials and production methods.
∎ Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address technical challenges or issues that may arise during garment production. Analyze root causes, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions to maintain production timelines and quality Standars
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years

∎ Strong communication skill over English;
∎ Have the ability to work alone as well as in a team;
∎ Be able to work under tight deadlines and cope with pressure;
∎ Have a keen interest in fashion and textiles;
∎ Demonstrate an understanding of pattern cutting, construction and manufacturing techniques;
∎ Technical knowledge gained preferably within fast paced commercial or supplier environment;
∎ Flexible approach to be able to adjust to the constantly changing needs of the business;
∎ Must have experience on different types of fabric i.e.; Canvas, Cashmere, Chenille, chiffon, Cotton, Crêpe, Damask, Georgette, Gingham, Jersey, Lace, Leather, Linen, Merino Wool, Modal, Muslin, Organza, Polyester, Satin, Silk, Spandex, Suede, Taffeta, Toile, Tweed, Twill, Velvet, Viscose;
∎ Strong presentation skill;
∎ Ability to multitask, and manage time effectively.
