Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To act as the first point of contact for the UK Office for fits, quality and technical issues.
∎ Predicts the technical risks which may arise in the production at the technical meeting and offers solutions.
∎ Makes sure that the style drawing and technical details are understood and found suitable in the technical sheet.
∎ Takes technical control of the samples coming from suppliers in the product groups under his responsibility and holds fit session meetings for them.
∎ Checks the fit quality, comfort, proportion, production technique, fabric quality and measurement standards of the garment during the fit session and gives technical approval.
∎ Expresses technical opinion to UK Buyers
∎ In case of final inspections to ensure product meets expected quality standards and in case of non-compliance to raise effectively and communicate and resolve such issues with the Regional Manager Quality
∎ To have an overview of critical areas in current production and ensure proper action is being taken to resolve the same
∎ Build and maintain good working relationships with Bangladesh & UK colleagues, communicating with them on all production issues
∎ Must be a good team player

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Technical, Quality in any Sourcing/Liaison office
∎ The applicants should have working experience on Woven & Sweaters
∎ Working with UK customers will be considered as an extra qualification.
∎ Excellent communication skills. A good command over English is essential and ability to communicate with foreign buyers.
