Job Context:
∎ We are looking for experienced "Garment Technician" (not for QA) to join our team and be based in factories that we use to produce our garments.
∎ The Garment Technician will work on a range of ladies and kids wear, and work within the technical team in the factories.
∎ Workplace: Work at factory in Dhaka/Gazipur/Savar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The garment technician will ideally have worked in a factory environment and have experience in ladies and kids woven and knitted fabrics.
∎ Strong technical knowledge and understanding of garment construction.
∎ A minimum of 9/10 years
∎ Have excellent communication and organised skills, be confident in their ability and be ready to hit the ground running.
∎ Committed with a keen eye for detail and a team player.
∎ He should have a good knowledge of CAD/Pattern correction technical details.
∎ He should be able to help factories to get line set up as per risk analysis of PP garments will be able to identifies wrong technical details in garments in the line.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ensuring products meet the standard.
∎ measuring and check the pilot/production is to the company standard.
∎ liaising with the factory team to ensure all issue are resolved.
∎ conducted pp meetings and discuss all customer comments and any risk to the garment during make and pressing.
∎ Ensure the production process runs smoothly and sufficiently dealing with the issues that may arise.
∎ Again, we are emphasizing we are looking for "Garment Technician" not the quality assurance (QA)
Salary: Tk. 85000 - 90000 (Monthly)
