• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• High level knowledge of garment construction, pattern cutting and fitting.

• Highly experienced in a senior technical role and experience of managing a team.

• To collaborate with UK design and Technical Managers on new initiatives and ways of working.
• Manages critical path.
• Close liaison with UK Tech team to ensure products comply with all areas of requirements.
• Management of all Technical information to UK Tech team, Bangladesh sample room, and factories.
• Liaison with Design to ensure all samples leaving RedBox comply with supplier fit strategy and are assessed for possible issues.
• Management of UK Portals and Web-based PLM systems (as appropriate).
• Ability to risk assess and advise on perceived testing issues.
