Responsibilities & Context:
- Contributed to overall team management directives and structure.
- Strong decision marker.
- Coaches new or junior team members.
- To collaborate with UK design and Technical Managers on new initiatives and ways of working.
- Manages critical path.
- Close liaison with UK Tech team to ensure products comply with all areas of requirements.
- Management of all Technical information to UK Tech team, Bangladesh sample room, and factories.
- Liaison with Design to ensure all samples leaving RedBox comply with supplier fit strategy and are assessed for possible issues.
- Management of UK Portals and Web-based PLM systems (as appropriate).
- Ability to risk assess and advise on perceived testing issues.
