Minimum 1-3 years of experience in wooden door and furniture production management experiences.
Strong leadership and stuff/workers management skills.
Knowledge of woodworking/furniture machinery and production processes.
Experience in maintaining quality standards and deadlines
Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking experienced and self-driven Furniture Production Managers to lead daily operations at our wooden door and furniture factory. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in furniture manufacturing/production, and furniture production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor all furniture production activities in the factory.
Manage and lead production staff/worker to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Maintain quality control and timely delivery of furniture products.
Monitor inventory, materials, and machinery maintenance.
Implement production schedules and process improvements.
