∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science
∎ At least 3 years of experience working in a L1/L2 Service Desk
∎ Networking, firewall, DNS, and DHCP administration skills.
∎ Strong experience with Windows Desktops in AD environments, Windows
∎ Servers, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
∎ Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint
∎ Online, OneDrive, Teams).
∎ Experience with Hyper V environments.
∎ Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud deployments and support desirable.
∎ Experience with VoIP solutions.
∎ Exceptional telephone manner
∎ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a
∎ team.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide support and issue resolution via phone, remote, or email.
∎ Assist end-users with troubleshooting and technical problems.
∎ Build strong customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
∎ Prioritize support requests accordingly in a dynamically changing
∎ environment.
∎ Participate in project work to deploy solutions for customers.
∎ Create and maintain client technical documentation.
∎ Support servers, desktops, and applications within Microsoft environments.
∎ Support Azure hosted IaaS services, local virtualized environments, and
∎ remote desktop solutions.
