Job Context:
∎ Moar Space Ltd. is looking for a self-motivated, smart, presentable, amiable, hard working person as a front desk executive(designation: Host).
∎ Morning Host: 8am- 5pm
∎ Evening Host: 1pm - 10pm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails
∎ Provide service information to customers
∎ Follow up customer calls where necessary
∎ Management and resolve customer complaints
∎ Introducing new members to the group and facilitating connections.
∎ Conduct onsite tours, customer relationship management, follow up with leads, and signing up new members.
∎ Opening / Closing space daily
∎ Overall management of the Front Desk Office
∎ Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained with a view to the image of the company.
∎ Welcome all Clients, visitors and guests into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation
∎ To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, documents, and dispatch them to concerned authority by keeping records.
∎ Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access Maintain systemic filling of all documents.
∎ Ensure all other systems are in place and well- functioning
∎ Ensure overall cleanliness of the office
∎ Assist other Departments.
∎ Receive and sort mail & other deliveries
∎ Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Over time allowance
