  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills to manage multiple office locations.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Overview:
The Interior Architect Sr. Executive will take charge in designing and optimizing workspace layouts, ensuring functionality, compliance, and aesthetic appeal. This role involves space planning, utilization analysis, and collaboration with contractors and internal teams to create efficient, ergonomic, and branded environments for Moar’s evolving workspace needs, including Moar Extension, Express, and Powered by Moar. 


Moar Space Limited is the pioneer coworking space in Bangladesh. With strategic locations in key commercial areas, including Banani, Gulshan, and Dhanmondi, we offer a dynamic ecosystem for businesses of all shapes and sizes to thrive.


Job Responsibilities: 

1. Space Planning & Design

  • Develop efficient floor plans and office layouts to maximize functionality and workflow.

  • Design various workspaces, including individual desks, meeting rooms, canteenand common spaces, to enhance productivity and employee well-being.

  • Ensure office design aligns with compliance with building codes, safety regulations, accessibility requirements

  • Incorporate soundproofing, lighting, and ergonomic designs to enhance productivity

  • Work with contractors, vendors, and in-house teams for workspace execution

  • Assist in branding Moar spaces with unique design elements

2. Space Utilization Analysis:

  • Conduct regular space audits to identify underutilised areas and develop strategies for improved space allocation.

  • Develop modular layouts for all our new branches.

  • Collaborate with department heads and facilities management to assess evolving space needs based on workforce expansion and operational requirements.

3. Rendering & Visual Representation

  • Create high-quality 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and visual representations of proposed designs to communicate concepts effectively.

  • Ensure that visuals reflect the branding, functionality, and aesthetic standards of Moar spaces.

  • Work with internal teams and stakeholders to refine designs based on feedback before execution.

4. Continuous Space Enhancement & Innovation:

  • Regularly review and redesign workspaces throughout the year to optimize functionality, aesthetics, and employee experience.

  • Introduce creative solutions and improvements based on feedback, trends, and evolving workspace requirements.

5. Client-Focused Space Solutions:

  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to cater to new client demands for customized workspaces.

  • Develop tailored layouts and interior solutions to meet specific client requirements while maintaining Moar’s brand standards.

6. Standards & Performance Evaluation:

  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and evaluate spaces to ensure alignment with updated interior design standards and best practices.

  • Continuously evolve the space by implementing changes and improvements based on evaluations to maintain high-quality, ergonomic, and branded work environments.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Interior Design.

  • 1-3 years experience in Architecture/ Interior designing or related field.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit,  Adobe Photoshop or other rendering softwares.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).

  • Strong analytical skills to assess space utilization and optimize efficiency.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills to manage multiple office locations.

The Fine Print

Salary: 20,000 - 34,000 (Depending on experience and Assigned Position)

Job type: Full-time 

Office hours: 10 am - 7 pm ; (5 days per week)

Location: Gulshan Link Road, Dhaka.
