- Scrum Master certification.

The HR Lead will play a vital role in establishing governance, building effective structures, and fostering a strong company culture that aligns with our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
Establish Governance & Structure
- Establish and implement HR governance frameworks and best practices.
- Organize and maintain departmental structures, hierarchy, and organograms in alignment with company needs.
Talent Management & Workforce Planning
- Work closely with leadership to identify departmental hiring needs.
- Lead recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop succession planning and talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Partner with department heads to forecast and fulfill manpower requirements.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to build departmental capability.
- Act as an advisor to management on people-related strategies and organizational development.
- Ensure alignment between HR practices and business objectives.
Performance & People Management
- Design and implement KPI systems and performance management frameworks.
- Champion company culture, ensuring values are embedded across all levels.
Employee Experience , Culture & Retention
- Build a transparent and trust-driven work environment.
- Resolve employee grievances fairly and confidentially.
- Lead engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce employee turnover and ensure long-term commitment.
Learning & Development
- Design and implement training needs assessments across departments.
- Develop annual L&D plans, including soft skills, technical skills, and leadership training.
- Track training effectiveness and ensure career growth opportunities for employees.
