Responsibilities & Context:

Department: Sales & Revenue

Mission: Convert qualified leads into revenue through a disciplined sales pipeline, fast follow-ups, and consistent occupancy growth.

Goal: Convert leads into closed deals and recurring revenue.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Pipeline and CRM

  • Manage and update the sales pipeline and CRM to ensure accurate tracking of leads, prospects, and conversions.

  • Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports to support forecasting and revenue growth strategies.

Follow-Up Systems

  • Implement structured follow-up procedures to maintain consistent engagement with leads and clients.

  • Monitor response timelines and ensure no potential lead is left unattended.

Conversion Scripts and Offers

  • Develop and refine sales scripts, proposals, and offers to improve conversion efficiency.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and promotional materials with client needs.

Tour Scheduling and Presentations

  • Coordinate and conduct client tours, ensuring professional and impactful presentations.

  • Maintain readiness and consistency in space presentation across all Moar locations.

Closing Deals and Renewals

  • Lead negotiations and finalize deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Manage renewals and strengthen client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Sales Team Performance

  • Track and evaluate sales team performance to ensure achievement of goals and KPIs.

  • Provide guidance, training, and motivation to enhance overall team productivity.

Success Metrics

  • Conversion rate

  • Sales cycle time

  • Revenue against target

  • Occupancy % improvement

Inputs: MQLs handed over by Brand & Growth

Outputs: Closed deals + revenue realised
