Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for admin/front desk and typing support of the corporate office
∎ Typing different documents of the organization correctly in a professional manner
∎ Proofread, edit the completed work for grammar, spelling and punctuation
∎ Greet & welcome visitors/guests, direct to the appropriate person or meeting/waiting room
∎ Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and manage outgoing calls as applicable
∎ Ensure reception area is tidy and organized, with all necessary stationery and materials in place
∎ Monitor and manage office documents/deliveries (Bills, letters etc.) and maintain different registers.
∎ Oversee housekeeping to ensure neat and tidy work environment in office premises
∎ Execute and coordinate the administrative operations of the organization
∎ Arrange travel & accommodations and prepare vouchers
∎ Perform other administrative & secretarial support such as filing, photocopying etc.
∎ Provide support as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent typing skill/speed both in Bangla and English.
∎ Positive attitude to learn and perform
∎ Presentable appearance and good personality.
∎ Strong sense of time management and organizational skill
∎ Ready to work long hours, if needed.
Salary: Negotiable
