∎ Experience of Govt. Construction, Project Management, Project Planning, Tendering, e-GP, Estimation, Billing
∎ Experience of project estimation and tender submission through e-GP and other process
∎ Experience of working in govt. projects as contractor and knowledge on DPM & govt. procurement system will be given priority
∎ Sound Judgment and Excellent IT skill
∎ High attention to details, ability to analyze information
∎ Strong leadership skill, capability to work under pressure Integrity, Energy, creativity

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Arrange the BOQ, estimation, labor costs, material costs, equipment costs, ratio of overhead and other related costs.Create contractor bill, verify bills, certify bills and check the physical bills visiting the sites.
∎ Prepare and maintain Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for all residential and commercial projects as per latest building codes and regulations.
∎ Assist in preparing detailed project cost by analyzing plans, working drawings, specifications and other documents.
∎ Prepare rate analysis, analysis of variance claims by contractor and closing the same.
∎ Prepare & process subcontractor bills
∎ Analyse vendor technical and commercial offers in view of project specifications & standards and prepare vendors' cost comparative study report
∎ Revise the estimates after modification, optional works or change(s) made by the management/client requirement
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
