Job Location: Pabna Factory
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise workers on the production floor to meet daily targets.
Ensure proper handling of raw materials, equipment, and finished goods with minimal waste.
Report machine breakdowns or production issues to maintenance and QA teams.
Maintain records of production output, downtime, and material usage.
Provide on-the-job training and support to workers for better performance.
Support compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 requirements.
Follow 5S practices and ensure compliance with workplace safety rules.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the authorities.
