• Minimum 08 years of experience in similar role in Food Manufacturing industry; Cookies / Dry Cake & Toast line preferred.

• Basic computer skills

• At least 8 years

Job Location: Pabna Factory

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise workers on the production floor to meet daily targets.

• Ensure proper handling of raw materials, equipment, and finished goods with minimal waste.

• Report machine breakdowns or production issues to maintenance and QA teams.

• Maintain records of production output, downtime, and material usage.

• Provide on-the-job training and support to workers for better performance.

• Support compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 requirements.

• Follow 5S practices and ensure compliance with workplace safety rules.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the authorities.
