Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Food Engineering & Technology.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to Manager to develop existing and new R&D product.
∎ Raw Martials requisition prepared as per requirement.
∎ Maintain R&D Lab equipment and inventory.
∎ Proper record keeping all phases of research and development product.
∎ Assist in implementing and controlling effective quality control system and audit.
∎ Time & Temperature checking in daily basis.
∎ Daily Finished Goods Quality checking.
∎ Checking all raw materials & packaging materials.
∎ Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
∎ Monitor equipment quality and order new equipment as needed.
∎ Ensuring safety and sanitation standards in the R&D room.
∎ Overseeing all R&D/kitchen operations.
∎ Any other work as per instruction by Superior Management time to time.
Salary: Negotiable
