∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Educational qualifications can be relaxed if you have required experiences, skills. Excellent command in English is a must.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to generate new business leads through digital, regular & corporate sales.
∎ Plan and execute all digital & social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Google Ad-Sense, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and YouTube marketing.
∎ Develop digital campaigns through Google Ad words, Social Media, Blog, Website, Aps & etc. to increase brand awareness.
∎ Plan and execute all the digital marketing campaigns as per company needs, including reply of all queries, posting, boosting, and reporting.
∎ Good knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, Graphics and Adobe Premier.
∎ Build digital marketing strategies to develop customers' databases and provide ideas and develop contents.
∎ Create daily, weekly and monthly progress status reports for management.
∎ Take ownership & manage the overall end-to-end of BFC's own Home Delivery Unit in all aspects.
∎ Coordinate with all related team members & guide them to maintain the standard operating procedure (SOP) of home delivery process.
∎ Develop an in house food delivery platform for all outlets to increase customers' footfalls and brand identity.
∎ Evaluate and analyze the delivery related data/MIS & discuss with the management for positive growth.
∎ Closely work with the Teams to increase Corporate Sales through own managed food delivery channels.
∎ Need to develop databases to reach out to the customers through traditional marketing channels, emails, SMS and digital platforms and to offer them products and services.
∎ Need to manage the food ordering process through Website, Aps & Call Center and other digital & manual channels to increase sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Basic business math and accounting skills
∎ Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
∎ Good oral/written communication skills
∎ Strong analytical/decision-making skills with Basic personal computer literacy
